-Do you offer custom embroidery?
Yes! Custom embroidery is our main focus here at Young and Threaded. You can shop our custom listings under Your thread, your way or contact us using our Custom Orders tab at the top of the menu. We can do bags, crewnecks, shirts, hats, etc.. For highly specific orders or bulk orders (anything 5+ items), please use our Custom Orders tab.
-How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our items are made to order, please allow 7-10 business days for production before shipping. For boutique items that are ready-to-ship, you'll typically get a tracking number within 1-3 business days.
-What's your return policy?
Custom items are made just for you, so they are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. (But if something isn't right, please reach out- we will always do what we can to make things right.)
Boutique items (non-custom clothing, accessories, etc) can be returned within 7 days of delivery as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

-How do I wash my embroidered items?
To keep your custom pieces looking fresh, we recommend:
-Turn the item inside out before washing
-Wash on cold, gentle cycle
-Air dry or tumble dry low
-Avoid ironing directly over design
-Can I rush my order?
We totally get it- sometimes you need your order like yesterday. While we don't offer guaranteed rush protection, feel free to message us before placing your order and we'll let you know if we can accommodate a faster turnaround. Our rush production prices are as followed:
-$10 Rush Fee: For small custom orders (1-4 items). Your order will be moved to the front of the line and shipped within 3 business days.
-$25 Rush Fee: For Bulk Orders (5-40 items). We will prioritize your order and have it shipped within 3 business days.
-$100 Rush Fee: For those extra bulky orders (41+ items). We will have your order shipped within 4 business days.
Once you make contact with us to okay the rush order, please add the rush free listing to your cart along with your order.
