Our Story

Hey there! We're so glad you're here. 

We're Cal and Gracie Young- the husband-and-wife duo behind Young and Threaded.

Our story started back in college in 2017, turned into dating in 2019, and tying the knot in September 2024. Since then, we've been loving married life and building this little dream of ours together.

Cal got his start working for his Dad's company, Sporty Teez, where he discovered a passion for screen printing, but more importantly, creating meaningful pieces for others. Gracie has a background in graphic design (and a not-so-secret love for fashion and shopping..), which is what inspired our monthly clothing drops- thoughtfully curated staples you will absolutely want hanging in your closet.

We also love embroidery because of the sentimental factor that comes along with it. We're both the kind of people who still have every high school and college hoodie or team jersey- and we love creating custom pieces that mean something to you, too. Whether it's a gift, keepsake, or spirit wear you'll hold onto forever, we want to help bring it to life.

Outside of Y&T, our world revolves around our four pups- Mac (lab mix), Reba (golden retriever), and our two mini dachshunds, Dolly and Willie..they are the inspo behind our Custom Canines line.

We're big fans of sunshine, nice evening rides in our middle of no where paradise, catching flights (5 countries and 10 states together so far!), and soaking up all the little moments- preferably with our dogs in our laps and a drink in hand.

It's been a learning curve, but building Young and Threaded, has been one of the most exciting chapters of our lives so far. Thank you for being here- whether you're shopping, gifting, or just following along, we're so glad you're apart of our journey.
